After watching some fitness videos on the tubes by RCpowers, I decided to try this baby out.
I will be updating this and maybe do a final video review once im thru. But that will have to wait. But right now im really hype up for this. Imagine never brushing ur teeth, all that bacteria buildup. Well is the same with the colon, this is a way to brush it and flush it. I do not have bloating problems at the moment, but i like the idea of cleaning my shits so to speak loL and getting rid of toxins on the walls of the colon exit. Update again soon
